Sales Enablement Specialist @ SpotHero: 

SpotHero is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist with experience supporting sales and marketing efforts that drive business results.   

What you will do:

  • Work collaboratively with the sales team in addition to those in management, marketing, and product management to ensure a unified approach to sales training and development that aligns with product and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop sales playbooks, seller talking points, outreach templates, one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, customer case studies and maintain a centralized internal content library for the sales team.
  • Refine and oversee training and development programs with sales enablement platforms such as Gong and ShowPad for the sales team with respect to relevant sales skills and domain knowledge
  • Organize and optimize sales enablement content, including regularly checking the content library to ensure that sales-centric assets are up-to-date, accurate, as well as easily accessible for use in the field.
  • Coordinate and attend annual conferences (attendee registration, tradeshow logistics, on-site support, and team travel accommodations)
  • Conduct market research and gather feedback. Continuous improvement for the sales process including periodic market research and check ins with the sales teams for feedback and make recommendations from the insights gleaned.

What you bring: 

  • 1-3 years of sales enablement experience
  • Experience developing sales enablement training, tools and resources.
  • Experience with Google, sales enablement platforms such as Gong, Showpad, Highspot, Salesforce
  • Ability to manage time and multiple priorities independently and under deadline
  • Accuracy and attention to detail absolutely essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; team player
