Follow the entry directions based on your selected parking type.

Proceed to the Shuttle Pickup Area and board the shuttle to LAX.

When you arrive home, proceed to the upper level at LAX (Departures). Please wait next to the red pylon/sign that says "Hotel &amp; Private Parking Shuttle.” Look for The Parking Spot shuttle with the Red "Sepulveda" sign.
If you land between the hours of 7 PM and 9 AM, please call us for pick-up at (310) 846-4747.

The shuttle will bring you back to the Shuttle Pickup Area. From there, proceed to your vehicle and follow the signs to the exit.

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will drive you in your vehicle to LAX and drop you off. The valet will proceed to valet your vehicle at the LAX Parking Curb Express location.

When you return to LAX, once you have your bags, call 310-410-9906 and your vehicle will be dropped off to you at the airport.

Similar to how a hotel reservation works, you can enter at any time after the start time listed on your SpotHero reservation, and you can depart at any time prior to the end time listed on your reservation.

For example, if your reservation goes from 8 am to 8 pm, you can enter any time after 8 am, and must leave anytime before 8 pm.
