Standard

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. The airport shuttle is located on the front drive of the hotel.
PLEASE NOTE: If this is a self-park/valet assist reservation, please show the valet attendant your reservation.  After doing so, park your vehicle in any "non-reserved" parking spot and head over to the shuttle bus. 

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit. Please allow an additional 30 minutes to park your vehicle and for the short shuttle bus ride to your departure terminal.   

When you return to LAX and pick up your luggage, please leave the baggage claim, turn right, and look for the red sign that reads 'Hotel Shuttles'. Look for a light blue shuttle that reads 'Servicing Crowne Plaza LAX and Spectrum Parking.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket, and your car will be retrieved.
PLEASE NOTE: If this is a self-park/valet assist reservation you may be asked to show the attendant on duty your reservation. Once you are ready to go, you may simply leave! 

Sonesta LAX - Uncovered Valet

Users may park their own vehicles at this facility.

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Please do not swipe a credit card to enter the facility, instead please scan your reservation.  
 
Upon entry, scan your reservation from your confirmation email and follow the on-screen instructions.

Proceed to find parking on levels 4 and above. Take the elevator down to level 1 and follow the signs to the shuttle service waiting area on the west side of the parking garage. Garage clearance is 6' 6". Please note, while covered parking is usually available, guests may be required to park on the rooftop of the parking garage during peak periods.

Upon Return - In compliance with airport regulations, pick-up for Airport Center Parking guests is on the upper level (departures).  Please head upstairs to the red sign for Hotel &amp; Private Parking Shuttles located outside of Ticketing.  Text "shuttle" to (310) 439-5277 for airport pickup.

On exit, scan your reservation again and follow on-screen instructions. If you have stayed past your reservation end date/time, you will be required to pay the additional balance during check out at the posted rate(s) listed at the lot. There are no in-and-out privileges. Every time you enter the facility you will start a new stay.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Airport Center Parking - Covered Self Park

Friday Rate

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

Go to the shuttle area to be picked up and taken to the airport.

When you return to LAX, please call 310-337-5331 to arrange a return shuttle pickup.

Show the valet the ticket you received upon entry as well as your SpotHero parking pass, either printed or on a mobile device, The valet will retrieve your car, and you're free to go!

Sheraton Gateway Hotel LAX - Uncovered Valet

A fee determined by the garage operator to cover airport charges.

A charge provided to the garage operator that includes all anticipated applicable taxes related to the provision of the garage operator's parking spot.

When you arrive, take a ticket to enter the garage.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Take the ticket that was pulled upon entry along with your SpotHero confirmation to the front desk. The front desk attendant will provide you with a pass to leave in the car.

Gather your belongings and board the shuttle. This shuttle will take you to LAX airport.

Gather your belongings and follow the red signs that say 'HOTEL SHUTTLE' and proceed to that area for pickup. The shuttle pickup is located on the upper level of LAX. The shuttle will have an 'Aloft Hotel' logo on the side. Board this shuttle and the shuttle will take you back to your vehicle.

Once you are ready to go, you may simply leave!

Embassy Suites LAX North - Covered Self Park

The facility has EV charging capabilities.

Drive to the self-park covered lot and scan the QR code on your parking pass to enter. If you cannot find the self-park covered lot, call 424-998-6878.

You may park anywhere that doesn&rsquo;t say "Reserved." If you have a COVERED RESERVATION, proceed to the covered area.

Collect your belongings and head to the front of the building, where you can schedule your taxi or Lyft ride.

Upon your return to LAX, gather your belongings and schedule your taxi/rideshare back to the property at 9750 Airport Blvd.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

Pull a ticket when you enter and park anywhere that does not say "Reserved".

Gather your belongings and head to the shuttle. 

When you return to LAX, please stand at the island under the red "Hotel &amp; Courtesy Shuttles" sign at Ground Transportation on the Arrivals Level. Look for the Black Mercedes sprinter van with the Renaissance logo on its side. Call 310-337-2800 to let them know you've arrived and to get a return shuttle time estimate. You may also text the number on the valet ticket you received so that your car will be ready upon your arrival.

Hit the call button and the attendant will ask you for your ticket number and rental ID.

When you are ready to go, you may simply leave!
