When you enter the lot, please park your car at "check-in." We will be asking you to show us your reservation. We will ask for any other final details to complete your check-in. A mandatory "Winter Prep" fee of 10$ will be requested at time of check- in. Due to your vehicle being stored outside in the winter, staff are required to maintain your car, remove snow/ice prior to handing it over to you. This cost is non-negotiable and non-refundable.  A waiver form will be provided to review and sign prior to taking you on the shuttle.

Jetway conveniently offers car detailing, car washes, oil changes and any other car maintenance at a reasonable price. If you are interested in any of our services please inform the front desk when you check-in. For more details visit www.jetwaypark.ca. 

We will be taking pictures of your car and loading your luggage into the shuttle. Please note this is valet parking, therefore your keys will need to remain on-site. They will be kept in a safe.

Lastly, an email will be sent with pick-up instructions for you to follow upon your return from your trip. CHECK - OUT

Please identify which terminal and post number you are at when you call us to assist you faster. Typically it will take 5-10mins however please be mindful if it takes long, ex: road closures, accidents, peak traffic times, airport stricts and/or weather issues.
