Enter this location at 8535 W Higgins Rd. This is the Chicago Marriott O'Hare lot. It is located on the south side of W Higgins Rd. between S Cumberland Ave. and N East River Rd.

Things You Should Know

Your license plate number will allow you to park at this facility.
- The airport shuttle runs 24/7 and departs every 30 minutes at the top of the hour. For more information about the shuttle, you can contact the hotel directly at (773) 693-4444. If arriving from an international flight, call the Marriott at (773) 693-4444 to request a shuttle upon return. The Marriott shuttle will pick up at terminal door 5E.
- This facility is for O'Hare airport parkers only. The shuttle will only travel to and from the airport. Customers going to any special events or concerts will NOT have access to the shuttle service.
- SpotHero and the hotel are not responsible for theft, damage to your vehicle, or personal property. Please keep vehicle locked and do not leave valuables in your car.
This location requires a 12 month commitment. There is no fee for cancellation.

Parking Instructions

Pull a ticket at the lot entrance. Once you are in the lot, you may park anywhere that does not say "Reserved".

After you have parked, take your Spot Hero Reservation to the hotel front desk, you may also be asked to show the ticket you pulled upon entry. You will have access to the O'Hare Shuttle, ask the hotel staff or refer to your parking pass for Shuttle Details.

For the shuttle from the airport, follow the signs from baggage claim towards to hallway that leads to the CTA. Catch the shuttle back to the hotel from The Hotel, Bus & Shuttle Center, which is marked with a red sign. If you are at international arrivals, please call the hotel front desk at (773) 693-4444 and let them know you will be waiting at the international arrivals location.

When you return to the hotel, go to the front desk and show them your SpotHero reservation, either printed or on your mobile device. They will also need the ticket you pulled when entering.

The desk will then validate your ticket and you are free to go.
