This is the 150 N Riverside Plaza valet garage, operated by ABM. You can access the garage entrances via the N Riverside Plaza alley off of Lake St or W Randolph St.

This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter & exit more than once.
NOTE: vehicles subject to be parked at an off-site covered facility at Metra Market one block west based on spaces available.
This garage is for the exclusive use of 150 North Riverside Plaza guests and patrons of its tenant businesses. Violators will be towed.
By purchasing this parking you agree that you are a tenant or visitor to the building.

Parking Instructions

Enter by driving up to automatic doors in alley from either Lake Street or Randolph Street. Doors automatically open only Monday through Friday 6am-10pm. On Saturdays & Sundays, you must use the intercom to buzz the security for access. Showing them your SpotHero reservation is required.

Pull up to valet stand in center of garage.

You must show your SpotHero parking pass to the valet. The valet will provide you with a ticket (keep this!).

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved. You can also text the ticket number for retrieval.
