Parking Instructions
Depending on parking occupancy, this garage may become valet and you may be asked to leave your keys with the attendant. The valet will provide you with a ticket that you must have in order to exit.
When you're ready to leave, drive to the exit gate and show the attendant your SpotHero reservation, along with the ticket you pulled when entering. Reservation must be shown through the app - No printouts/screenshots allowed.
If there is no attendant when exiting, press the call button. Read your SpotHero Rental ID and the number from the ticket you pulled.
The gate will open and you're free to go!
