Getting There

Enter At:

3900 Northwest 21st Street, Miami, FL

Enter this location at 3900 NW 21st St. This is the Sheraton MIA indoor garage, operated by Towne Park. It is located on the south side of NW 21st St. at the intersection of NW 21st St. and NW 38th Ct. Please note this is a divided two-way street; exercise caution when navigating the intersection near the entrance of the hotel.

Things You Should Know

This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter & exit more than once.
Standard sized vehicles only. Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate minivans, midsize and large SUVs, pickup trucks, and passenger vans.
Please note: the shuttle runs 7AM - 11PM, Monday - Sunday every 30 minutes.
Guests should proceed to the arrival level (1st floor), cross over to the 3rd lane, where it will read "Hotel Shuttle Zone". Hotel Shuttles will stop at: Bus Zone 2, 3, 7, 15, 22 every 30 minutes from 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM.
Please note you must flag down the shuttle for pickup. Look for the Sheraton logo on the vehicle.
This reservation is valid for indoor self-park; however, you may be asked to valet at no additional cost during busy hours.

Parking Instructions

Visit the valet stand and show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. The valet will hand you a ticket. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

Depending on business volume, the valet will either direct you to the indoor self-park area or valet your car. If you self-park, display the ticket you received from the valet on your dashboard. If you valet, the valet will exchange your keys for the ticket and park your car.

Proceed to board the shuttle. Please note the shuttle picks up and drops off on the Arrivals level on the first floor (baggage claim).

When you return to MIA, wait for return shuttle pickup in Arrivals on the first floor. Please note you must flag down the shuttle for pickup (look for the Sheraton logo!).

If you valeted your vehicle, give the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your car will be retrieved.

If you self-parked, visit the valet stand and display your SpotHero reservation as well as the ticket you received upon parking. The valet attendant will give you a validated chaser ticket to use at the exit gate.
