Things You Should Know

• Height Restriction: 6' 6"
• This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter & exit more than once.
• Standard sized vehicles only. Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate minivans, midsize and large SUVs, pickup trucks, and passenger vans.
• The hours of operation for this location are superseded when there is an event at Capital One Arena. This location is open 2 hours before Capital One Arena events begin and closes 1 hour after the events end, even on Sundays.
• This garage is located in a federal office building and requires extra security measures. All persons entering the garage will be asked to show a valid United States ID (Sorry! No foreign residents are able to park at this location) and the trunk of each entering car is subject to search. Please allow extra time for this screening.
• If parking at this location, please make sure to not have items in your car that are or could be used as weapons. This includes, but is not limited to: guns, knives, swords, golf clubs, baseball bats, gas containers, and fireworks. If any items of this nature are found, you will be required to park in a different facility.
• PLEASE NOTE: If you are parking here for an event at Capital One Arena, please be aware that there may be a 20-30 minute wait to enter or exit the garage during peak event times. We recommend allowing extra time for delays due to the extra volume and traffic.
