Enter At:

1200 Western Avenue, Seattle, WA

Enter this location at 1200 Western Ave. This is the entrance address for the Harbor Steps garage, operated by LAZ Parking. It is located on the northeast side of Western Ave. between University St. and Seneca St. The entrance is marked by silver 'Harbor Steps' lettering above the garage door.

Height Restriction: 6' 5"
This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter & exit more than once.
The pedestrian entrance to the garage is at 1230 Western Avenue. After 9PM, the pedestrian door locks so to gain entrance you must scan your QR code at the scanner located outside the door. There are another set of interior doors that you will need to scan your QR code at again. Please reference attached photos
If the garage appears to be full, please drive to upper levels to find parking, as this garage is rarely ever full.

Parking Instructions

Scan your QR Code at the entry gates. This scanner is located on bottom left of machine. Please make sure QR code is under the red laser. You may have to hold your phone sideways. If you can't scan at the entrance gate, please pull a ticket (you will need this ticket later, along with your QR code, to exit).

Park in any space not marked "Reserved". Note that E1 and F1 Levels have the most public parking. Please make sure to read all signs to make navigating this garage easier.

After 9PM, the pedestrian door locks so to gain entrance you must scan your QR code at the scanner located outside the pedestrian door. There is another set of interior doors that you will need to scan your QR code at again. Please reference attached photos.

There are two exits, please use the DAILY EXIT on the left. The QR scanner is located on bottom left of machine. Please make sure QR code is under the red laser. If you pulled a ticket at the entrance, scan that ticket first and then your QR code and exit gate will open.
