Enter this location at 35 E 85th St. This valet garage is operated by iPark. It is located on the north/right-hand side of E 85th St. (a westbound one-way street) between Park Ave. and Madison Ave. Look for the big white sign with 'Park' in red lettering above the garage entrance.

This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter & exit more than once.
During peak times, parking may require a few extra minutes for the garage staff to maneuver vehicles to make space. If you encounter a cone blocking the entrance, please honk your horn and an attendant will be with you shortly.
Please Note: Daily reservations for exotic vehicles will not be accepted at this location.
Vans, trucks and minivans are not allowed
Estimated oversize fee of $15 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit.
Oversized vehicle fees vary by location and are charged on-site at operator's discretion.
Teslas are not allowed at this facility

Parking Instructions

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit. If you are retrieving your vehicle early, call garage 1 hour in advance due to heavy volumes.

When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
