Things You Should Know

• You will receive a sticker to park at this facility.
• • You may start parking immediately but are encouraged to start closest to the 1st and 15th as possible. Your billing cycle begins on the 1st or 15th of each month. If you park after either of those dates,  your purchase will not be prorated.
  • This monthly pass allows for unlimited in-and-out privileges and opens 24/7. Rate guaranteed for six months. Start parking at any time. If you choose to renew, your 2nd month will be prorated so your billing date will be the 1st of the month. Offer available only for new monthly customers.
  • This rate is the sedan rate, not valid for full-size SUVs, minivans, or exotic luxury vehicles. If you are driving an SUV or exotic vehicle, please select that option prior to purchase. Please call us or reach out at support@spothero.com with any questions regarding monthly parking.
• No Vehicle Storage. No vehicles may be stored in this parking facility for more than 5 consecutive business days without exiting the facility. If you're planning on leaving your vehicle for an extended period of time, please contact the facility manager for approval. Any vehicle stored in this facility over 5 days without notification is subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
