Things You Should Know

• Height Restriction: 6' 3"
• This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter & exit more than once.
• For multi-day or 24 hour reservations, you may only access your vehicle during the hours of operation.
• If you are not a tenant of the building and need to use the elevator, please proceed to the elevator door and press the intercom button to the right of the door frame. Let the security staff know that you are trying to get upstairs, and they will unlock the door remotely for you.
• PLEASE NOTE: If you are parking here for an event at Capital One Arena, please be aware that there may be a 20-30 minute wait to enter or exit the garage during peak event times. We recommend allowing extra time for delays due to the extra volume and traffic.
• This garage does not accept oversized vehicles such as 12-15 passenger size vans. Please do not attempt to enter the garage in a 12 or 15 passenger size van or you may damage both your vehicle and the facility.
• This location may have adjusted hours or staffing on federal holidays. While we do our best to keep customers informed of changes in facility operations, if you are parking on a federal holiday, please confirm the operational hours with the facility.
• This location is open outside of normal HOO for events at Capital One Arena. They will remain open 2 hours prior to an event and up to 1 hour after an event concludes.
