Enter this location at 616 E St. NW. This is the Clara Barton Garage (Penn Quarter), operated by Lanier Parking. It is located on the south side of E St. NW between 6th St. NW and 7th St. NW. Look for the red sign that says 'PARKING' right next to Georgetown Valet.

Height Restriction: 6' 7"
To re-enter the facility after 5pm, use the pedestrian entrance on 7th St NW, just next to Carmine's Restaurant. You will use your SpotHero parking pass to open the door with the scanner box.
There are two Lanier Parking garages on this side of the street; this is NOT 600 E ST NW.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are parking here for an event at Capital One Arena, please be aware that there may be a 20-30 minute wait to enter or exit the garage during peak event times. We recommend allowing extra time for delays due to the extra volume and traffic.
This location may have adjusted hours or staffing on federal holidays. While we do our best to keep customers informed of changes in facility operations, if you are parking on a federal holiday, please confirm the operational hours with the facility.
This location closes the entry gate in the evenings. If you arrive and the gate is closed, proceed forward to the gate and it will open.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!
