Enter this location at 600 E Grand Ave. This is the Navy Pier West Garage, operated by ABM. Follow Grand Ave through the entrance of Navy Pier until you reach the 'West' parking garage on your right-hand side.

You may ONLY park in the 'Self Park West Garage'; your parking reservation will not be accepted at the 'Self Park East Garage'.

This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter & exit more than once.
Standard sized vehicles only. Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate minivans, midsize and large SUVs, pickup trucks, and passenger vans.
The garage office is located right inside the entrance of the East Garage.

Parking Instructions

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open. This location also has License Plate Recognition, so the gate may lift by simply pulling up.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". You may only park in the 'Self Park West' garage.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!
