- PLEASE NOTE: If you are parking here for an event at Capital One Arena, please be aware that there may be a 20-30 minute wait to enter or exit the garage during peak event times. We recommend allowing extra time for delays due to the extra volume and traffic.
- The elevators to gain access back inside the garage can be found on the street level. If it is after normal business hours for the office building, you will need to press the intercom and ask them to buzz you down into the garage.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
Please Note: For all reservation changes, please allow 15 minutes for updates to take effect.

Please park on P3. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
