The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

 Upon your arrival, see attendant who will direct you where to park.

Attendant will provide a claim ticket and instructions on where to board the shuttle

Arrive a minimum of 30-40 minutes before you want to be at your terminal. The shuttle arrives on average every 15-25 minutes to pick you up and take you to your terminal.

When you arrive back at SAN, proceed to the Shuttle Pick up area, located at the lower level, and wait under the sign that reads "COURTESY SHUTTLE". The shuttle arrives every 20-25 minutes.

To have your car ready, please use E-parking Link provided to you via text at the time of check-in.

Fox Auto Parks SAN - Uncovered Self Park

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

A fee determined by the garage operator to cover additional garage operator costs.

Upon your arrival, see attendant who will direct you where to park.

Attendant will provide a claim ticket and instructions on where to board the shuttle.

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

There is no shuttle service to the airport. You may book a ride to the airport using Rideshare or Taxi!

You may book transportation back to the facility using Rideshare or Taxi!

Simply leave when you're ready to go!

851 Harbor Island Dr. - San Diego Airport Elbow Lot - Self Park

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

Shuttle service to SAN is available at no additional cost from this location Mon-Sun 4:45am-12am. The shuttle departs every 15 minutes.

When you return to SAN, please call (619) 291-2900 to arrange a return shuttle pickup. The shuttle wil pick you up at the Transportation Plaza at SAN.

When you return to the lot, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

Sheraton San Diego Resort - Uncovered Valet

Shuttle service to SAN is available at no additional cost from this location 24/7. The shuttle departs every 10 minutes.

When you return to SAN, please wait for the shuttle outside the Baggage Claim area at Transportation Plaza.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

Aladdin Airport Parking - Covered Valet

When you arrive, please pull a ticket to enter the garage. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved."

When you arrive at the garage, please stop by the parking office to validate your parking ticket and show your SpotHero Parking Pass. You must validate your ticket before exiting.

Once you return to your vehicle, you are ready to go!

Aladdin Airport Parking - Covered Self Park

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

Show the Valet your SpotHero reservation to receive a valet ticket. The Valet will park your vehicle.

Call 619-233-0412 to request the shuttle upon your arrival.
Shuttle service is available at the Transportation Plazas across from Terminals 1 and 2. From Terminal 1, cross the skybridge and take the escalators or the elevators to street level. From Terminal 2, use the pedestrian crosswalk outside the Terminal 2 Baggage Claim Area to access the Transportation Plaza.

When returning, please provide the valet with your ticket. The valet will retrieve your vehicle.

Once your vehicle is retrieved, you are free to go! 

Laurel Airport Parking - Covered Valet

When you arrive, please pull a ticket to enter the uncovered rooftop. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Shuttle service to SAN is available at no additional cost from this location 24/7. The shuttle departs every 10 minutes. 

When you arrive back at the garage, please stop by the parking office to validate your parking ticket and show your SpotHero Parking Pass. You must validate your ticket prior to exiting. Once you return to your vehicle, you are ready to go!

Aladdin Airport Parking - Uncovered Rooftop Self Park

Show the attendant your SpotHero parking pass. You will then be directed on where to park.

Take the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle frequency is generally every 10-20 minutes. 

Upon return to the airport, call 619-233-0412 to request the shuttle.

After you park, arrange your transportation to SAN via taxi or rideshare. There is no shuttle service to the airport.

There is no shuttle service to/from the airport. You may book a ride to the airport using Rideshare or Taxi!

755 W Laurel St. - Uncovered Self Park

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

When you arrive at the Sheraton San Diego Bay Tower, please park in the lot on the left-hand side. Press for the ticket on the display screen and enter the parking lot.

After you have parked, proceed to the area outside the lobby doors and wait for the next shuttle to take you to the airport. Shuttle service is available every day from 4:45 am-12 am and departs every 20-25 minutes. When you return to SAN airport, please go to the Courtesy Vehicle Pick Up Area. You may also call (619) 291-2900 to arrange a return shuttle pick up. The shuttle will pick you up from the Courtesy Vehicle Pick Up area.

When you return to SAN, please call (619) 291-2900 to arrange a return shuttle pickup. The shuttle will pick you up at the Transportation Plaza at SAN.

When you return from your trip, please show the parking attendant near the valet desk your paid confirmation email and they will scan/validate your parking ticket.

At the exit, please scan the QR code of your parking ticket in the red lasers below the “Scan Barcode Below” area. If you need further assistance, please hit the red help button.

Sheraton San Diego Resort - Uncovered Self Park

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

Make your way to the airport via taxi or rideshare.

Make your way back to the parking facility via taxi or rideshare.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Marina Cortez Lot - Uncovered Self Park

Upon arrival at the hotel, please take a ticket from the gate&rsquo;s ticketing system. Bring this ticket to the hotel&rsquo;s front desk along with your prepaid SpotHero reservation. The front desk will issue you a parking pass for your vehicle. Notify the front desk that you&rsquo;d like a ride to the airport.

Parking is located in the east side parking lot, which is the first lot you will see before reaching the hotel building. Please leave the pass on your dashboard and ensure it is clearly visible at all times.

Gather your belongings and board the shuttle when you are ready.

After arriving back at SAN, collect your luggage and give the hotel a call to request shuttle pickup.

Once back at the Hilton, customers will need to return to the front desk to receive a validation ticket to exit the parking lot.

Hilton San Diego Airport/Harbor Island - Uncovered Self Park

You may self-park, if available, in the self-park area - look for the signs. Take note of your space # then proceed to the front office.
Please note: If self-park is not available, Valet is complimentary! Rest assured you will always have a space reserved.

Please fill out a check-in ticket, making sure to provide the attendant with your space #.

Board the shuttle to the cruise port; the shuttle runs from 4:30 am to 12:30 am, 7 days a week.&nbsp;

For your Shuttle ride back from the airport, please either text or call for your pickup. Text the word "Shuttle" to: (619) 432-3244 or call the dispatcher: (619) 704-0166.

Retrieve your car and you're free to go!
