Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) Parking Information

Dulles Airport

Please check in with reception for parking instructions and allow at least 15-20 minutes for registration. Show the front desk attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. They will direct you where to park.

&nbsp;Shuttle service to IAD is available at no additional cost from this location 24/7. The shuttle departs at the top of every hour.

When you return to IAD, proceed to the airport pickup location on curbs 2B or 2G and call the hotel at 703-713-1234 to arrange a pickup.

When you return to the garage, you can pick up your vehicle and go!

Hyatt Regency Dulles Airport - Uncovered Self Park

Users may park their own vehicles at this facility.

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

The facility has staff on-site for assistance and questions.

The facility has a shuttle available to nearby destinations, like an airport.

Once you arrive at the hotel, please visit the front desk and present your SpotHero parking pass to the front desk associate. They will guide you where to park your vehicle. 

Once parked, gather your belongings and board the shuttle. The shuttle runs daily from 5 am-11:45pm. It departs once an hour, at the top of the hour.

When you arrive back at the airport and retrieve your bags, call the hotel during shuttle hours for pick up.

Once you're back to the lot simply leave when you're ready to go!

Hyatt Place Herndon Dulles Airport - Uncovered Self Park

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

When you arrive at the hotel, please check in with the front desk.

Show the attendant at the front desk your parking pass, either printed or on your mobile device. They will issue you their own pass, direct you where to park, and where to pick up the shuttle. The shuttle DEPARTS on the HOUR and HALF-HOUR (:00 and :30)

Place your NEW, hotel-issued pass in your dashboard so it's clearly visible. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow. Enjoy the shuttle to the airport!

Upon landing and collecting any checked luggage, please proceed to Ground Transportation and pick up area 2G. Shuttle wait time ranges between 10-20 minutes. If you are arriving outside of shuttle hours (4:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.), then you will need to take a taxi. Please note - per airport regulations, the shuttle is not allowed to sit idle while waiting for guests to arrive.

When you return to the hotel, you're all set to go!

A fee determined by the garage operator to cover airport charges.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Show the hotel front desk your SpotHero Parking Pass, receive a validation code, then register your vehicle via the QR code at the front desk. All vehicles must be properly registered.

You may head to the shuttle to the airport, as instructed by the hotel front desk.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport - Uncovered Self Park

 At Khols Garage arrival - Between the hours of 7 AM – 11 PM, please check-in with the attendant at the Kohl’s Garage located at 13100 Parcher Avenue, Herndon and present your SH pass either printed or on mobile to the attendant/shuttle driver. Once you check-in the shuttle staff will direct you on where to park.
At the Crowne Plaza Arrival – Between the hours of 11 PM – 7 AM, please check-in with the hotel lobby at the Crowne Plaza located at 2200 Centreville Road, Herndon and present your SH pass either printed or on mobile to the Front Desk Agent. Once you check in you will be direct as to where to park and wait for your shuttle.
NOTICE: For International Flights plan on arriving at our location no less than 3-hours prior to your flight. Domestic Flights plan on arriving no less than 2-hours prior to your flight.

 The complimentary airport shuttle departs from the Crowne Plaza every 30 minutes - just before the hour and the half-hour - to Dulles International Airport. 

When returning to the airport, look for the Crowne Plaza Airport Shuttle outside Dulles Airport Baggage Claim at curbside 2G (go right as you exit the airport terminal). The shuttle picks up from 2G, quarter past the hour (example 1:15) and 45-minutes past the hour (example 1:45). You MUST CALL THE SHUTTLE DRIVER AT 703-471-6700 to REQUEST AIRPORT PICKUP.

Dulles Airport Parking by Crowne Plaza - Covered Self Park

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

The facility has EV charging capabilities.

When you arrive at this facility, visit the hotel front desk and show the hotel associate your SpotHero parking pass, either printed or on your mobile device. The hotel associate will ask you to fill out a short form with your vehicle information and direct you on where to park.

Once the attendant shows you where to park, make sure your license plate matches the information in the SpotHero app.  You may park your car and head over to the shuttle provided by this location.  

When you return to IAD, collect your luggage first and then call 703-471-7411 to be picked up. It stops at the airport on the curbs 2B and 2G every 00:15 and 00:45 of the hour. For guests arriving between 11pm - 5am, transportation must be secured by the customer. 

Once you have arrived back at this location, you may simply leave when you are ready to go. 

Holiday Inn Washington - Dulles - Uncovered Self Park

When you arrive at the hotel, please see the attendant at the front desk and present your SpotHero reservation.

You will then be directed to where you will park and meet the shuttle.

After you collect your baggage upon arrival at IAD, please proceed to the shuttle pickup area located outside of the baggage claim.

Call the hotel at 703-471-8300 to request shuttle pickup and the hotel staff will confirm your pickup location.

When you arrive back at the Best Western, simply leave when you are ready to go!

Best Western Dulles - Uncovered Self Park

Visit the hotel front desk and show the hotel associate your SpotHero parking pass, either printed or on your mobile device. The hotel associate will ask you to fill out a short form with your vehicle information and direct you on where to park.

Once you've parked, you may proceed to board the shuttle to Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).

When you return to IAD, collect your luggage first and then call 703-818-8200 to be picked up.

Hampton Inn Dulles South - Uncovered Self Park

See hotel front desk attendant. Show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

There is no shuttle service to the airport. You may book a ride to the airport using Rideshare or Taxi!

When you return to the airport you will need to arrange transportation back to the facility using Rideshare or a Taxi! There is no shuttle service from the airport.

Simply leave when you're ready to go!

Residence Inn Chantilly Dulles South - Uncovered Self Park

Visit hotel front desk and show pass either printed or on mobile device. Hotel associate will ask you to fill out a short form with your vehicle information and direct you on where to park.

When you are ready to go, you may simply leave!

Upon arrival, check-in with the hotel lobby desk and present your SH pass either printed or on mobile. The hotel staff will provide you with a parking ticket to place on your dashboard and direct where to park your vehicle.

Contact taxi or rideshare service to schedule transportation to IAD or destination.

Gather your belongings and contact taxi or rideshare service to schedule transportation back to your vehicle.

Embassy Suites Dulles North Parking Lot - Uncovered Self Park

When you arrive at the hotel, please present your SpotHero reservation, either printed or on a mobile device, at the front desk. Have your license plate number and the make and model of your car ready.

You will be directed where to park, in either Lot A or Lot B. Once you've parked, you may board the complimentary shuttle to Dulles International Airport. The shuttle runs from 6AM to 10PM daily, and departs every 30 minutes (leaving at :00 and :30) every hour upon request. 

When you return to Dulles International Airport, proceed to shuttle area 2B. The return shuttle leaves the airport at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour.  *Please note that shuttle departure and arrival times may vary by a few minutes based on traffic, weather conditions, etc.

DoubleTree Sterling - Dulles - Uncovered Self Park

Show the front desk associate your SpotHero parking pass either printed or from your mobile device.  

The front desk associate will show you where to park your vehicle.  

Gather your luggage and head over to the shuttle pick up area.  The shuttle will take you to the airport.
