Since acquiring Parking Panda in 2017, SpotHero has maintained the Parking Panda platform to serve its loyal customers, like you! Now, we’re excited to announce that we are consolidating both platforms to SpotHero in order to provide even better availability, prices, customer support and to focus on developing new product features that make reserving parking even easier. With SpotHero, you’ll find all the same spots, including event parking, plus added features like business profiles, monthly parking, commuter savings, and more.

Parking Panda FAQs

Will I be able to continue using the Parking Panda app and website?

No. The Parking Panda platforms will be deactivated and redirected to SpotHero.

What if I have an upcoming Parking Panda reservation?

For questions regarding existing reservations or other account-related matters, please call our Customer Support team at 1-800-232-6415.

Will I be able to access my account history?

Yes. At this time, Parking Panda account holders will still be able to log into their account to view past reservation information at ParkingPanda.com. We will also be archiving your account information and a Customer Support member would be happy to assist you if you have any questions about your account.

What happens to my Parking Panda data, such as preferences, saved places, vehicle information, and phone number?

Your Parking Panda account information will be archived. Learn more about our privacy policy here.

Will you be merging my Parking Panda account into a SpotHero account? 

No. You will need to create a new account with SpotHero, however, you may use the same email address you used for your Parking Panda account. If you already have a SpotHero account, you are all set to start parking with SpotHero!

Can I book the same spots on SpotHero that I found on Parking Panda, including event parking?

Yes. You should be able to find almost all your favorite Parking Panda spots on SpotHero at the same great rates. If you need assistance locating a particular spot, our Customer Support team would be happy to help.

Can I expect the same great pricing, availability, and service?

Yes! Just like on Parking Panda, SpotHero’s parking operator partners determine pricing and availability at any given time. If you’re having any issues finding the right spot to book, our Customer Support team would be happy to assist.

Will I be able to book package plans on SpotHero?

Yes. Package Plans (Event Packages) will be coming to SpotHero soon!

I used to list my spot on Parking Panda. Can I list it on SpotHero now?
